What happens if I forget to set my trash out to be picked up?
We will gladly come and pick up your trash the following week.
Can I set extra bags outside of my trash can?
If you notice that you are regularly over-filling your can, we suggest renting two cans. We offer discounts for multiple cans.
Is there a long
contract to sign?
We do require a service agreement contract to be signed, but your service is month-to-month. You may cancel at anytime.
Can I let others put trash in my can or dumpster?
That is entirely up to you as long as it is not overflowing. Overweight or overfilled dumpsters and trash cans may incur an extra fee.
Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
We are a local, family-owned, small business. At this time, we are not offering any promotions or discounts.
If I cancel my service, do I get to keep my trash can?
No. Your IDS trash can or dumpster is the property of IDS, and if you cancel your service, we will come by and collect it.
